On July 31, 2026, the VLGC ENERGY GUARDIAN (88,000 m3), built by Hyundai Heavy Industries, Korea, was delivered to Alpha Gas S.A.

Alpha Gas S.A. is a ship management company specializing in the management and operation of LNG vessels. The company was established in 2012 having its operating office in Athens, Greece since 2015. Alpha Gas provides technical management including dry docking and new building supervision, along with operational, crewing, vessel accounting and procurement services. Alpha Gas is currently managing eight LNGs' and two VLGC.
