Over two days the symposium presents more than 40 technical papers, two keynote addresses and two panel discussions (on Carbon Capture Technologies and on Nuclear Energy for Shipping) bringing together shipowners, technical managers, naval architects, marine engineers, classification societies, academia and policy-makers. Sessions cover decarbonisation and alternative fuels, wind-assisted propulsion, regulatory impact, autonomous shipping, AI maritime applications, fuel consumption optimisation, and holistic approaches to ship design and operation.

Participation is free of charge for SNAME members and non-members alike, as the operating costs of the symposium are met entirely by our sponsors.

Capacity is limited, and seats at the Eugenides Foundation will be allocated in order of registration.
