According to a notice of High Court of Justice of England and Wales, the Owners of EVER GIVEN, Luster Maritime S.A and Higaki Sangyo Kaisha Limited, have constituted a Limitation Fund as a result of the grounding of this vessel in the Suez Canal. Any claims of a type which fall within the 1976 Convention on Limitation of Liability for Maritime Claims must be made in this Admiralty Action on or before 20 September 2021.
