Reference is made to the stock exchange notice on November 19, 2021, where the Company announced the refinancing of the US$180 million Term Loan Facility maturing in August 2024.

The refinancing has now been completed and the previous Term Loan Facility has been replaced with a new US$162.5 million Term Loan Facility maturing in March 2027.
