Drew Holdings Ltd. («Drew») has on 30 November 2022, redelivered 400.000 shares in 2020 Bulkers Ltd. borrowed from its affiliate, Magni Partners Investments Ltd., which in turn has sold these to Mr. Bjørn Isaksen to settle a previously agreed forward contract.

Drew has, accordingly, reduced its holding in 2020 Bulkers Ltd. below 5% of the total number of shares in issue therein.

Following the sale Drew holds 775,000 shares in 2020 Bulkers Ltd. representing 3.5% of its share capital and voting rights.
