Euronav NV (“EURN” or “Euronav”) (NYSE: EURN & Euronext: EURN) is pleased to announce an agreement to purchase one VLCC new build including the option for a second VLCC new build to be lifted in the coming 2 months.
The purchase will cost USD 112.2 million with highly favourable payment terms and schedule.
The vessel is expected to be delivered in Q3 2026.

MPC Container Ships ASA to acquire four 7,000 TEU vessels
MPC Container Ships ASA has agreed to acquire four 2023-2024 built, 7,000 TEU eco-conventional container vessels from an unrelated third party, each secured with a three-year fixed-rate time charter to a top-5 liner company.
