Νεκρός βρέθηκε απο ιδιώτη δύτη ο 48χρονος καπετάνιος του ρυμουλκού ΠΟΘΗΤΟΣ 3, το οποίο βυθίστηκε κατά την διαδικασία συνδρομής απόπλου κρουαζιερόπλοιου, στο λιμάνι της Πάτμου. Νωρίτερα βρίσκονταν σε εξέλιξη έρευνες για τον εντοπισμό του.
