Globus Maritime Limited (the “Company” or “Globus”) (NASDAQ: GLBS) announced that it has entered into, amended and restated a term loan facility with First Citizens Bank & Trust Company (formerly known as CIT Bank N.A.) for an additional borrowing of $25 million, increasing the loan facility to $77.25 million.

Stolt Tankers is pleased to welcome the Bochem Houston to its Stolt Tanker Joint Service, bringing the number of ships in its deep-sea fleet to 84. The Bochem Houston is one of six newbuildings ordered from the CMJL shipyard in China by Belgian shipowner Compagnie Maritime Belge (CMB).

The Baltic Exchange’s main sea freight index .BADI rose to a more than one-month high on Wednesday, helped mostly by steady gains in rates for the panamax and capesize vessel segments.
