Royal Boskalis B.V. (Boskalis) announces the completion of the acquisition of Smit Lamnalco. Boskalis has been 50% shareholder in Smit Lamnalco since 1963 and through this transaction acquires all remaining shares.

H Διοίκηση της ΠΝΟ συνεδρίασε σήμερα με μοναδικό θέμα Ημερήσιας Διάταξης την εκτίμηση της εν εξελείξει απεργίας της Ομοσπονδίας που είχε εξαγγελθεί για 22 και 23 Οκτωβρίου 2024, και λήψη απόφασης.

Τις πρωινές ώρες χθές, ενημερώθηκε η Λιμενική Αρχή της Σκοπέλου από τον Πλοίαρχο του Ε/Γ-Υ/Γ πλοίου «ΕΡΑΤΩ» Ν.Π. 11061, το οποίο εκτελούσε προγραμματισμένο δρομολόγιο από Αλόννησο,
