Το πλοίο μεταφοράς εμπορευματοκιβωτίων Ever Sigma συγκρούστηκε με ένα σκάφος αναψυχής στις 9 Νοεμβρίου καθώς διέσχιζε το English Bay στο Βανκούβερ του Καναδά. Αν και το σκάφος αναψυχής υπέστη εισροή υδάτων, δεν βυθίστηκε και δεν αναφέρθηκαν τραυματισμοί ή θαλάσσια ρύπανση.
