Avenir LNG Limited (“Avenir LNG” or the “Company”) announces it has signed a Time Charter Party (TCP) with SeaRiver Maritime, LLC, the marine transportation affiliate of Exxon Mobil Corporation, for Avenir’s second newbuild 20,000cbm LNG bunker vessel.
